We are not meant to go through motherhood alone.
All moms need and deserve support and connection.
Here, you can build connection in community with other moms like you - in it with you.
If youβve ever found yourself wonderingβ¦
β½β¦ βwhere the heck is that village thatβs supposed to help me raise my child?!β
β½ β¦ βam I the only one who feels like this?β
πππ Hi, over here!!!
There is something so healing and life-affirming about gathering with other mothers - there is something so validating and relieving about hearing another mom say, βme tooβ.
When we talk about our own experiences and share our stories, we help others feel less alone. Even among our diverse experiences, thereβs a lot of commonality. Youβre not alone - and a network of support can help manage the demands and stresses of motherhood and help you feel less isolated and more confident, calm, and connected.
Going through motherhood in doubt, chaos, and isolation is not it. When moms have support, they are happier, healthier, and stronger - and so are their families.
If you are ready to start blooming in motherhood, in community, join a support and connection group today.
Community for building confidence, calm, & connection β

If your birth didnβt go as planned or expected, if there was a medical emergency, or if you didnβt feel heard or supported during the birth of your child, you might view your birth as traumatic.

This group provides support for NICU moms during and after a NICU stay.
Having a baby stay in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) is a stressful experience full of emotions for new moms. Feelings of sadness, fear, confusion, guilt, and anger are common reactions when your baby is born early or born needing medical care. These feelings make sense and youβre not alone - here, you can connect with and be supported by other moms who know what itβs like.

If you recently gave birth and plan to return to work or you have recently returned to work after having a baby, join us for our new moms group devoted specifically to working moms.
Working moms need a special kind of support. Support as you navigate the juggle of work and home, validation that it can be a tough transition, and strategies designed to help you simplify or rebalance your new normal.
Join us in this casual supportive space to share, vent, learn, and connect with each other.

Managing food allergies as a mother can be so isolating.
Thereβs no doubt that living with food allergies has a psychological impact - and no one understands that better than other food allergy moms. We are fierce advocates, expert label-readers, meticulous meal planners, and always prepared. The mental load of managing allergen avoidance, researching and making decisions about treatments, and always being prepared for accidental ingestion of allergens is CONSTANT (like the βkeys, phone, wallet, Epi-Penβ check every time you leave the house?!)
Here, you can find connection and support with other moms who get it.

Support and connection groups are weekly group meetings with other moms. We currently have four support and connection groups focused on birth trauma, NICU moms, working moms, and food allergy moms. Some groups are virtual and some are in-person. Some are free and some cost less than a small latte at Starbucks. All are led by a perinatal mental health therapist and designed to support and connected moms.
-
Any and all moms who have lived experience with the group topic. Babes in arms are always welcome.
-
It depends on the group! When you sign up for a group, youβll receive an email with more information about that particular group, including if the group is held virtually or in-person.
-
It depends on the group! Currently, our NICU mom group is free and the other groups cost less than a sandwich at mendo π₯ͺ
-
Groups are confidential, meaning that information shared in the group is kept private.
-
No! Although weβd love to see you every week, we understand that life as a mom can be chaotic.
Groups are open, so members sign may attend which sessions they can - simply sign up for which sessions you can attend and weβll see you then!
-
Even though all group sessions are facilitated by a licensed therapist, support and connection groups are not therapy and are not intended to replace therapy. These groups are not appropriate for anyone in mental health crisis.
